Cargo Tracking is one in a series of web-based applications, from Berling Associates, which enables companies to more effectively manage their supply chain activities. Cargo Tracking provides insight to where our cargo is in the supply chain from the time it leaves its origin point or source, until it arrives at our receiving dock.

In addition to visibility of cargo movement, with Cargo Tracking, we also have insight into freight costs. Too many times purchasing personnel are frantically focused on getting the material from the supplier to our dock on time. During this expenditure of effort the focus is narrowed to moving the material. Not much attention is expended toward the collection of the freight costs associated with the movement.
